Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses OriginalGuard. It supplements our Terms of Service. Using the Service means you agree to follow these rules.
Overview
OriginalGuard is a tool for managing real-world security operations. We expect it to be used lawfully, ethically, and in a way that respects the privacy and safety of others.
Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or harmful purpose.
- Track, surveil or collect data on individuals without a lawful basis and proper consent.
- Upload content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, or that you have no right to share.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation or role.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our prior written consent.
- Circumvent authentication, access controls, rate limits, or tenant isolation.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or build a competing product from the Service.
- Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
Data & privacy responsibilities
If you administer a Workspace, you are responsible for handling member data lawfully — including providing required notices, obtaining consents, and honouring data-subject requests. Only collect location and personal data that is necessary and proportionate to legitimate operational needs, consistent with our Privacy Policy.
Security expectations
Keep your credentials and devices secure, use strong authentication, and do not share accounts. Report suspected security issues promptly (see below). Do not use the Service to store or transmit malware or to attempt unauthorised access to any system or data.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action including warning, suspending, or terminating access, removing content, and reporting to authorities where appropriate. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate termination under our Terms of Service.

To report misuse, illegal content, or a security concern, contact development@originalguard.com (or development@originalguard.com for security issues). We take reports seriously and respond as quickly as we can.
